I've been listening to Eliptica like all day...

I finished The Graveyard Book. It's fun, but not nearly as endearing as Coraline (which everyone reading these words should either read or listen to -or both- if they haven't already).

Michael Bay is remaking Rosemary's Baby... Michael Fucking Bay! Is there anyone in their right mind who thinks this is actually a good idea? Oh well. The original movie was entertaining, but listening to Mia Farrow's reading of the book in the dark sure did creep me the fuck out.

Over 400GB of raw HD footage from the Lights in the Sky tour has been made available for download (thisoneisonus.org) and Treznor himself has given it an unofficial official thumbs up, so that and the various problems that came up at the end of the tour, makes it seem like us NINnies aren't going to get a AATCHB/BYIT-style DVD. That's a major bummer as Treznor has said that Lights in the Sky will be the last project of that scale in the foreseeable future. I can't wait to see what's coming up as he's said the shows coming up "will be a completely different approach with some different personnel" (nindotcomupdates). It would be nice if they did more shows in smaller venues like they did with the first leg of the With Teeth tour, particularly since I wasn't able to get a ticket then.

Again, I've been playing with the idea of going to school out of state more and more. Here, I see failure all around me and I want to get away. Perhaps I'm just trying to run away from my problems. That doesn't matter, though, since I'll most likely stay here anyway. Still, I'm checking out some possibilities.
